The Art of Pride is a documentary that explores the intimate and dynamic relationship between the vibrant tattooing and LGBTQ+ communities.

Through several interviews with artists and tattoo enthusiasts within the LGBTQ+ spectrum, viewers will embark on an intimate, colorful, and pride-filled journey that shines a spotlight on the intersection of communities.

This dance film embodies the struggles of two opposites trying to understand their companionship. These are two parts of an identity that hate each other, are frustrated with each other, yet can not live without each other. Bipartite for me has been a story that navigates through the world of picking and choosing an identity. The lesson of Bipartite is that although these two sectors are completely different, they are linked to the same roots. To not water one will lead to the destruction of both.
